The town of Tisdale is welcoming a new physician.
Dr. Afshin Zakerameli Renani studied medicine in Iran and obtained a specialist certification in pediatrics.
The Northeast Medical Clinic said he moved to Canada in 2018 with his wife and two daughters and is looking to establish his career in Tisdale.
“He is eager to learn about the community and its culture, while sharing his own cultural background and values,” the Northeast Medical Clinic wrote.
