Fully accessible shower facility installed at Kipabiskau Regional Park, ready for campers
A busy camping season lies ahead in Saskatchewan and northeastNOW is putting the spotlight on area regional parks ahead of the May long weekend.
Kipabiskau Regional Park south of Tisdale has been steadily getting camp site reservations since January.
Park Administrator Kevin Moulds said new this year is a state of the art shower and washroom facility.
“We saved money for quite a few years and had some generous donations and grants,” Moulds said. “It is fully wheelchair accessible, has push button opening doors that you see in a lot of the cities and is just a wonderful facility.”
