Mustangs get player development fee in return for Boyarski
The Melfort Mustangs have traded 2002-born forward Coletyn Boyarski to the Kindersley Klippers in exchange for a Player Development Fee (PDF).
A Kelowna, B.C. original, Boyarski played in a total of 11 games with the Mustangs over the last two seasons. He scored a total of three goals and added one assist for three points over his career.
The Mustangs said in a release that they would like to thank Boyarski for his time as a Mustang and wished him all the best in his future endeavours.
The Mustangs are on the road this weekend for two games starting tonight against the Estevan Bruins. They are then off to battle the Weyburn Red Wings on Saturday. The Mustangs will look to get back in the win column this weekend after having lost to the Battlefords North Stars on Wednesday.
