With heartfelt sadness, the family announces the passing of Angus Christian “Gus” Olson on April 6, 2022.  He was residing in Parkland Place in Melfort.

He will be remembered and sadly missed by his sons:  Kenneth (Joan), Kevin (Carmen) and Darrell; Grandchildren: Shawn (Kim), Tyler (Marli) and Chelsea (Colby); great grandchildren: Zachary, Jory, Jasper and Jackson; brothers: Chester (Marlene), Blaine (Diane) and Alvin.

He was predeceased by his father Oscar, mother Anna, sister Paulette, and his wife of 25 years Marie.

Angus enjoyed visiting with family and friends, travelling, spending time with the grandchildren and telling many stories.

He loved his heavy equipment, gardening, hunting, playing cards, watching sports and music.

Angus will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

A service celebrating his life was held from the Fedusiak Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 with Gladys Court officiating.  The interment followed in the Columbarium at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Melfort.

Friends so wishing may make memorial contributions to the Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan, or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada.
