Nov 21, 2018 | 8:00 AM

A white-tailed deer buck left for waste south of Tisdale has Melfort Conservation Officers looking for help from the public.

On Monday, CO’s received the report of the animal that had been found shot on the east side of highway 35, roughly five miles south of Tisdale.

Two individuals wearing hunting colors were seen walking in the field where the deer was found.

The regular season for white tailed deer did not start until yesterday.

Officers say they have collected some evidence in the area but are looking to anyone that may be able to provide any further details.

Information on this incident is asked to be reported to the Turn In Poachers line.
