Suspect accused of robbing Drafties appears in court

The Melfort man accused of robbing Drafties Bar in Melfort will stand trial at Court of Queen’s Bench.

Twenty-eight-year-old Dustin Roberge was in Melfort Provincial Court on Thursday where his matters were set over to Queen’s Bench.

No trial date has been set as of yet.

RCMP said in a release in March that a masked man with a knife entered Drafties on March 25 and demanded money. The suspect made off with over $1,800 in cash.
