Carrot River Curling Club has a Successful Weekend

Once again, Carrot River Curling Club held a lucrative AND very entertaining auction. Together, with the incredible support of all our donors AND an amazing auctioneer, Perry Cavanaugh, we raised over $14,000 towards operations of our rink!
Thank you to all our donors for constantly stepping up when we ask for your support, we truly would not be able to function without your support.
A special shout out to Dan and Renee Pihowich of 49-11 Ag Ventures Inc. who donated 5 bags of canola seed which garnered a total of $3,250 AND to Carrot River Co-op for their sponsorship of pizza that we were able to sell during the auction and the evening. We are truly in awe of all our sponsors and donors, that make organizing and planning events like this much easier by stepping up without being asked!
Finally, to all the bidders…thanks for playing with us and thanks for opening up your pocket books!
