Christopher was born in Retford, England, and raised in Notingham, England. He met his wife Johanne in 1988. They married in 1991 and began a family in 1991 when they had their daughter Jade-Emma. Five years later, their family was complete with the arrival of their son, Christopher Junior. In July 2009, Christopher and his family moved to Canada to start a new adventure. He began a new job as a truck driver at Westcan Bulk Transport. He was previously a truck driver for PC Howard Transport for 22 years in England.
Christopher loved life, would always help anyone and had an amazing sense of humour. Christopher had a love for motorbikes in particular, owning three in his lifetime. Christopher had a very infectious laugh, and you often found yourself laughing harder at his laugh than the actual joke itself. Tragically, his life was cut short on July 29th 2018, at just 54 years old.
He leaves behind his wife Johanne, his daughter Jade-Emma and his son Christopher Junior, his nephews Mark, Isaac, Noah, Matthew, Jack, Thomas, Joshua and Harry, and his nieces Freya-Rose, Abigail, Rianna, and Olivia, his mother and father-in-law Susan and Terry, and numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, cousins and a few aunts and uncles. Christopher predeceased his sister Vivien, sister Janet and his brother Nicholas.
His smile could light up a room and he touched the lives of so many people. He will be sadly missed by many.
At Chistopher’s request, no service will be held. Friends so wishing may make memorial contributions to MADD Canada, 2010 Winston Park Dr, Suite 500, Oakville, ONT L6H 5R7.
