Ernest Arthur Wilson was born May 23, 1970 at St. Paul’s Hospital, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan to Edward and Isabelle Wilson. Mom and Dad brought him home to the farm in Liberty to five siblings to spoil him; later moving to Ridgedale (1974) and the farm south of Bjorkdale (1976). Ernie graduated in 1989 and stayed on the farm to help raise cattle and horses and all the jobs that went with being on the farm, including helping neighbors and anyone else needing help.
Ernie enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing and trapping. Ernie had a very kind heart and great sense of humor and through his years he enjoyed spoiling and teasing his nieces, nephews and many family members. Ernie’s life was enriched by meeting Linda, she got him to do more house work than anyone else, and they spent many happy hours working together.
Ernie is predeceased by his father Edward.
Left to cherish his memory is his sweetheart Linda Tenk, mother Isabelle, brother Ed, sisters: Gloria (Allan) Spedding, Jean, Diana (Ken) McLean and Donna (Rick) Sawatzky; nieces and nephews: Colinda her children Braeden and Bryce, Tyler (Mercedes), Ryan, Lisa (Tyler), Paige (Tristan), Brooklynn (Mitchell) and Taylor; as well as many extended family and friends.
