James William Archibald

July 15, 1935 – July 7, 2025

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of James William Archibald, who passed away on July 7, 2025.

James is survived by daughters: Kelly (Brian) Reichert and Kerry Archibald; son James Archibald; grandchildren: Krystal, Amanda, Timothey James, Tanya, April, Victor (Stephanie Paul), Landon John Lummerding, Zackary Lummerding (Kaylie Dickens), Brandon Lee (Mel Koturbash); Great-grandchildren Dawson, Grayson, Willow, Weston, Lennix, Olivia, Akaylah, Ryder, and Jaxlie; sisters Lorraine Massier and Gail Kager; sister-in-law Clara Armstrong, ; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

James was predeceased by his wife Lylia; parents John and Doris Archibald; brother Charlie Archibald; in-laws Charles and Iola Armstrong; sister-in-law Grace Gunter; brothers-in-law Frank Armstrong, Don Kager, Floyd Gunter and Frank Massier.

As per James’ wishes, a private family service will be held at a later date.

Memorial donations may be made in James’ name to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society. Arrangements entrusted to Fedusiak Funeral Chapel & Crematorium (306)752-3838.
