John Joseph Kun was born February 14, 1933 in the St. Brieux District. He passed away on August 11, 2019 in Melfort at the age of 86 years.
John leaves to mourn: his wife Bernice; four children: Gail (Lionel) Kulcher and their children: Candice Kulcher, Jeremy Kulcher (Melissa), Kaylee (Lance) McClain and great grandson William, Mackenzie Kulcher (Jalissa); Glen (Sandra) Kun and their sons: Jesse Kun and Bobby Kun; Troy Kun; Tammy Moyen and her daughters: Rachelle Moyen (Jordon) and Kieara Graham; His siblings: Margaret (Robert)Boissiere, Steve (Peggy) Kun, Alex (Ethel) Kun, Emma (George) Laczko, Nandor Kun, Doris Roenspies, Rose Mary Schwartzenberger, and Gloria (Wade) Hemm. John was predeceased by: his parents: George and Mary; brother Bill; sister Helen and brothers-in-law: Al Schwartzenberger and Albert Roenspies.
A Celebration of John’s life was held from the Yellow Creek Community Centre, Yellow Creek, SK on August 19, 2019. The interment followed in the Traill Cemetery, Meskanaw.
