It is with great sadness that the family of Laura Marie Wojciechowski announces her passing on October 28th, 2020 at the age of 84 years. Laura will be lovingly remembered by her sons: Gary (Sophia) and Dale (Pamela) Wojciechowski; her grandchildren: Bradley, Dylan, Case Wojciechowski and Ashton Puttick; her siblings: Florence (Pete) Gerski, Eva Ferbey, Gerald Beeler and by Gloria (Don) Zakariasen as well as by her nieces: Gloria (Casper) Lewitski, Sandra Ferbey (Leslie), Karen (Murray) McKay, Rose (John) Seivewright, Joan (Ken) Olson and her nephews Robert (Marilyn) Wicklow, Brent Ulm and Lyle Gerski. As well as many friends and more distant relatives.

Laura was born on a farm NE of Tisdale to John Henry and Edna Laurie (Gendron) Beeler on June 26, 1936. She was one of 6 siblings. She married Frank Wojciechowski on her 21st birthday on June 26th,1957. (Frank passed away in 2008.)   She spent most of her adult life on a farm near Brooksby, SK and later retired in Melfort, SK.

Laura was known as a great cook and gardener who worked hard on the farm and at home, always serving others. Her home was always welcoming and no one left hungry or without a dessert or two.

She was into organic gardening before it was even a thing. And Starbucks and Tim Hortons move over because her fresh percolated coffee delivered to us in the field was the best coffee in the world. She lived a simple life, without complaint, she gave her all to make this life better for everyone around her.

She is loved and sorely missed by all.
