Owen is Survived by:
His mother: Laura Constant, father: Michael Sanderson, siblings: David (Isaih; Xavier), Selena (Tanisha & Cody & Conner), Lane, Camille (Nyesha, Malkhi, Mekhi, Nakyesha), Corey (Maryanna), Brandon (Totteanna & Shakur) and Bret. He is also survived by his special baby bro Lake; Aunties: Priscilla, Ida & Wayne, Maddie, Lillian & John), Alice & Dominion, Uncles: Eli & Sylvia, Percy Constant, Darwin Knife, Brian & Norma Ballantyne; his Godparents: Madeline Constant & Eli Constant, his Godchildren: Malkhi Constant (Crain) & Shakur Sanderson. Owen is also survived by numerous aunties, uncles, cousins, grandparents, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Owen was predeceased by:
Grandparents: Louie & Mary Constant, John George & Eva Knife, Great Grandparents: Charlie & Madeline Constant, Frank & Flossie Sanderson, Uncles: Hilliard, Herbert, Lake, Brian, & David (stillborn), Aunties: Josephine Constant, Roselie Knife, Florence Sanderson, Cousins: Andy Scott, April Sanderson, & Timothy Constant, & Nephews: Phil Fontain Constant, and Pheonix Constant McAdam.

A Funeral Service for Owen was held from the Bernard Constant Community School Gymnasium, James Smith Cree Nation on June 6, 2019. The interment followed at St. Luke’s Anglican Church Cemetery.
