She is also survived by her brothers Ellery(Sandra) Fehr, Ken Fehr and Don(Joanne) Fehr. Pearl will be fondly rememberd by her sisters-in-law,brothers-in-law, along with many cousins, nieces and nephews and friends. Pearl is predeceased by her husband Paul, her parents Eva and Peter Fehr, brother Lyle Fehr and her in-laws Edouard and Anida Deault.
Pearl married Paul Deault, March 19, 1983. Pearl and Paul were true life partners. They did everything together. Pearl travelled with Paul to many job sites, hauling logs, gravel and road construction. Paul would drive the Semi and Pearl would follow with their 5th wheel along with their three pets. They often lived in that camper for several months a year. While on job sites she would often pick up jobs either on the packers, Flag person or cleaning rooms at hotels. Pearl was not afraid of work. After retiring from trucking she, along with Paul would pick mushrooms and wild blueberries in the forest close to their home in Love. They also travelled the countryside collecting scrap metals and old batteries which they sold for profit. Pearl loved sewing and gardening . She made many fleece jackets, baby blankets and was seen at many craft sales and Farmer’s markets.
Pearl and Paul loved to travel. After they retired they often went to Mexico or the States. In the last few years they would winter in Yuma, Arizona along with their pets. They parked their camper along with others in the desert and were close enough to walk across to Mexico. Many happy winters were spent there. Pearl made friends wherever she went. From home to Yuma and B.C. and in between. Friends called her to see if they were spending winter in Yuma.
