Richard Kerby Claggett

Richard “Dick” Kerby Claggett was born October 29, 1931. He passed away on April 7, 2025 in Melfort at the age of 93 years. Dick will be always loved and forever cherished by: his children: Wayne (Joyce) of Melfort, SK and their children: James (Marlene) and their daughter Lily, Jonathan (Dillon Fluter); Dennis of Melfort, SK; Corene Scott of Miniota, MB and her children Jaylene (Desmond) and daughters Luna and Isabelle Stone; Jaret (Jill) and their children Karter and Aubrie; Tom (Diane Hinds) of Toronto, ON; Brian (Cindy) of Kelowna, BC and their son Colby; Lora (Dale) Lovatt of Wilcox, SK and their children Brad (Jocelyn) and daughter Juniper and Kristine (Gerard); brother Don Claggett of Edmonton, AB and sister Kathy MacGillivray of Melfort, SK; brother-in-law Herb (Irene); sisters-in-law Lora (Tiny) and Eunice; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was predeceased by his wife Shirley Claggett. Friends so wishing may make memorial contributions to the Melfort Agricultural Society, the Melfort Museum or to a Charity of One’s Choice.
