Tina Michelle Waldbillig was born on August 11, 1981 in The Pas, Manitoba. She passed away in Regina, Sask. on July 16, 2019 at the age of 37.
Tina was blessed to have had 3 families in her life all of whom had a special place in her heart – her birth family in Sturgeon Landing, her foster family in Denare Beach and her adopted family in Melfort who raised her from the age of five.
Tina’s elementary and junior high school years were spent in Melfort and her high school years in Melfort and Saskatoon. Her adult years were spent in Saskatoon and later in Regina.
Tina did volunteer work candystriping at Melfort Union Hospital and later volunteering at Parkland Regional Care Centre. Her other interests included Highland dancing, synchronized swimming, beading, reading and working with children.
Tina is lovingly remembered by her parents, Peter and Michelle Waldbillig, her siblings, Laurie, Lisa (Paul), Jeffrey (Loretta), Vernon, Sean, GiGi, Levi and Lacey, as well as numerous nephews and nieces.
Tina is predeceased by her birth mother, Lorraine, grandparents, Anton and Clara Waldbillig and Clare and Vi Pyett and her niece and nephew, Dashawnda and Rashaun Waldbillig.
A Celebration of Tina’s Life was held from the Fedusiak Funeral Chapel on July 21, 2019. The interment followed in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
