Todd was born October 25, 1971 in the Nipawin Hospital at a mere five pounds. He attended elementary school in Codette and high school at LP Miller in Nipawin.
During his life, Todd worked a variety of jobs – with the Parks Dept. in Saskatoon, in the warehouse at a windows manufacturing company, on a pig farm, as a security guard, with Interlake Safety and in recent years he operated heavy equipment.
Country living agreed with him from an early age when the family lived west of Pontrilas. With his buddies, Todd Barros and Shannon Walcer, they spent hours riding bikes, playing ball and hanging out. Later, Heath Ganton joined the fun. So began his love of nature and the outdoors – Camping, quadding with Kris and friends, gathering and chopping wood and building bonfires. How many times in recent years would you see posted on Facebook, “Having a fire tonight. Who’s coming out?” He always said his ideal life would be in a cabin in the bush at Cowan Lake, away from the noise and rat race of the city.
Todd will be lovingly remembered by his partner, Kris Ulrich; parents, Howard and Doreen; brother, Troy (Karey); nephews, Parker and Jacob; niece, Collins; Kris’s family – her daughter Shana Webb (Austin Luciano); mother, Aurel Ulrich; father, Denny Ulrich; sisters, Kara (Cory) Lengyel, Charity (Sean) Allan; brother, Bart; nephews, Liam and Cohen; niece, Crosbie; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was predeceased by his grandparents, Alex and Millie Bleich, Joe and Rose Reiniger; aunts, Darlene Shiels, Marge Melby, Diane Hutchison; godmother, Esther Zimmer; special great aunt, Freida McLean; cousins, Nathan and Steven
