Marilyn Baker: A Tisdale resident for 25 years, Baker says she wants bring more businesses and jobs to the Town of Tisdale. Baker currently works for Finning Canada, and has volunteered in Tisdale with minor baseball, and was also part of the library board, as well as the recreation and parks board.

Mike Hill: Looking for his second term on Tisdale town council, Hill is one of two candidates looking to return to the chambers. Hill works with Cornerstone Credit Union as a Farm and Business Advisor and has volunteered with a number of groups in town including the Tisdale Masonic Lodge, Community Justice Committee and minor hockey. Hill would like to continue working on upgrades at the Landfill and Sewage treatment plant.

Kurt Johnson: Owner of Twisted Metal Custom Collision in Tisdale, Johnson has lived in the town for 24 years. He says he’s open to ideas on council as to what needs to be accomplished, but helping small businesses through the COVID-19 pandemic is something he’d like covered. Johnson has also been involved with the Tisdale Wildlife Federation, and local minor sports.

Adam Lewis: The current general manager of the Ridgedale Co-op, Lewis has lived in Tisdale since 2015 and is involved with the fire department, and Air Cadets. He says bringing in more businesses and housing are going to help Tisdale grow.

Amanda Reynolds: Born and raised in Tisdale, Reynolds is a cosmetologist by trade and owns a small business in Tisdale. Reynolds has also been involved with Rockin’ the Square, the Chamber of Commerce, and school boards. Reynolds wants to help out small businesses in Tisdale, and provide some assistance to the Tisdale Fire Hall.

Brendan Samida: Looking for his second term on Tisdale town council, Samida is one of just two councilors looking to return to their seat. Samida was elected in 2016, a year after moving back to his hometown. He is currently the Broker of Century 21 Proven Realty in Tisdale and hopes to continue a road maintenance and replacement program if re-elected. Samida says he wants to focusing on commercial growth and business retention.
