Six from Humboldt crash remain in hospital, two in critical condition
Six individuals impacted by the Humboldt Broncos crash remain in hospital according to a release from the Saskatchewan Health Authority.
As of 2:15 p.m. two of those patients remain in critical condition in Saskatoon.
The crash occurred around 5 p.m. on April 6 when the team was on its way to a semifinal game in Nipawin. A tractor trailer collided with the bus. Sixteen players and staff members perished and 13 others are recovering from injuries. The driver of the semi-truck was uninjured in the crash.
In a press conference today, RCMP Assistant Commissioner and Comanding Officer Curtis Zablocki said many investigators are still searching for answers on the collision.
