Hawks move veteran forward
The Nipawin Hawks made a significant move Friday trading veteran centreman Keillan Olson and rookie right-winger Bryson Cecconi.
Coming back to Nipawin from the Kindersley Klippers is Christian Bosa, a third-round draft pick in this summer’s Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League draft plus future considerations.
General Manager Doug Johnson said making a move of this magnitude isn’t easy.
“It was a very tough trade to make. Keillan is a great player and a phenomenal young man while Bryson has been everything you want in a young player,” Johnson said.
