No one hurt during Nipawin-area house fire

A house in the Rural Municipality (RM) of Nipawin was destroyed during an early morning fire.
The Nipawin Fire Department (NFD) was called out around 4:14 a.m. on Monday.
When they arrived, the entire structure was engulfed in flames.
“The strong winds acted as a “bellows” much like a forge, which made for an extremely powerful and fast-moving fire, reducing it to a shell incredibly quickly,” said the NFD in a Facebook post.
