Lacroix explained the most common questions she hears from customers entering the store, is what they can do to decrease stress, help their inability to sleep, or just improve overall energy levels.

“We are in a stressed world and we like to offer supplements to make people’s lives go a little easier,” she said.

Obviously Vitamin D and C supplements are popular supplements this time of year, but Lacroix added Magnesium supplements are also in high demand, assisting with proper muscle function and relaxation.
