Four people charged in connection to cocaine trafficking bust at Sandy Bay

Cocaine, guns and trafficking paraphernalia, were all found by police after searching a home in Sandy Bay.

The search warrant was executed Thursday night and was the result of a continuing drug trafficking investigation by the RCMP.

Sixteen grams of crack-cocaine were found divided into small packages.

Four individuals were arrested at the residence and made their first court appearances on Friday at Prince Albert Provincial Court.

Two of the accused are from the community and the others are from Calgary.

They were all remanded into custody and are scheduled to make their next court appearances on May 9.
