The RM of Star City has declared a local emergency due to flooding.
Roads in Divisions 3 and 6 are most affected by the flooding of Melfort Creek.
Submitted by Rob Miller, Reeve of the RM of Star City.
The RM says water is over roads and there are washouts in the areas, leading to many road closures.
Traffic should avoid travel in Divisions 3 and 6, and people are advised to use extreme caution.
