Manslaughter suspect to have bail hearing in July

The man charged after a death in Melfort in May will have a bail hearing next month.
43-year-old Tom Cook of Melfort was charged with manslaughter and three counts of failure to comply with a release order after the death of 36-year-old Sam Stonestand.
The show cause hearing will take place in Melfort Provincial Court July 6.
Melfort RCMP were called to a report of an assault with a weapon at an apartment in the 100 block of Broadway Ave. S. in Melfort on May 2.
