Hudson Bay issues release about taste, odour of town’s water
The Town of Hudson Bay has addressed concerns about the smell and taste of the community’s water supply.
A letter from Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) Amanda Purves stated that the Town reached out to some concerned residents to obtain water samples to “ensure that our drinking water remains safe for consumption throughout the community.”
Each of the samples has come back well within operating tolerances, according to Purves.
The letter stated that the Town has been in contact with the Environmental Protection Officer and Water Security Agency regarding the concerns.
