A man charged with the murder of a woman at a home on the Yellow Quill First Nation will return to court next month.

Cole Smokeyday, 26, will remain in custody until his next court appearance Nov. 6 in Rose Valley.

Smokeyday was charged in August after RCMP were called to a report of an injured person at a home on Yellow Quill First Nation.

24-year-old Terrance Tony-Kishayinew was declared dead at the scene.
