Truck hits ditch south of Melfort

A truck hit the ditch near Melfort Thursday afternoon.

Melfort RCMP members were directing traffic on Hwy. 41 as the vehicle was towed and removed from the ditch.

Staff Sgt. Ryan Case said there were no injuries in the incident, as the truck lost control on some ice and hit the ditch.

The Highway Hotline said pavement frost and drifting snow were reported in the area during the time.
