Brief closure of Highway 6 north of Dafoe caused by semi hitting the ditch

Police have issued an update on the incident on Highway 6 near Dafoe on Tuesday.

Humboldt RCMP received a report of a semi that went into the ditch north of Dafoe just after 8 a.m. Dec. 30.

Traffic was diverted while tow trucks worked to remove the semi from the scene.

That portion of the highway was closed for over three hours.

There were no injuries in the incident.
