Two charged with arson after Rose Valley Hotel fire

Charges have been laid in connection to the Rose Valley Hotel fire last week. 

Rose Valley RCMP say the business was broken into shortly before the fire. 

Items stolen from the building were later recovered by Rose Valley RCMP, and as a result of the investigation, 22-year-old Dwayne Neapetung from Yellow Quill First Nation was arrested at a home in Rose Valley last Friday. 

He faces three charges, including arson. 

Investigators identified a second suspect and arrested him at a home on Yellow Quill First Nation on Monday.

39-year-old Kevin Paulson of Kelvington faces arson and other charges, and both men made their first appearances in Melfort Provincial Court this week.
