Humboldt RCMP asking public for help in solving trio of crimes

Sep 1, 2020 | 9:49 AM

Humboldt RCMP are asking the public for information on three crimes that took place in July and August.

First, in the overnight hours of July 22, a golf cart was stolen from the 600 block of 11th Street in Humboldt. It was brought back, but it had some damage.

Then, between Aug. 17 and 18, a vehicle that was parked on Highway 5 on the east side of Humboldt was broken into. The vehicles stereo as well as a number of tools were stolen.

Lastly, around 1 a.m. on Aug. 26, a lawn statue was thrown through the front window of a car on Main Street in Bruno. The statue and window were both broken as a result. It is believed that a red pickup truck with exhaust stacks was seen in the area at the time.
