Codette Celebrates 90 Years

Happy “90th” Birthday to the Village of Codette, 1929-2019.

In early 1929, Codette became incorporated as a village, however, the physical village had its beginnings in the summer of 1924, when the Canadian Pacific Railway purchased 138 acres for a townsite.

The townsite was surveyed on approximately 80 acres and building commenced.
