Twisted Sisters help women take control of their mental health
Two local life coaches are teaming up to help women transform by offering a safe and welcoming space to inspire personal growth.
For women hoping to take their first step towards accomplishing their goals, the program offers nine sessions that help attendees break the barriers they face.
Laurie Anderson, a retired teacher, academic strategy coach for Saskatchewan Polytechnic and life coach, told northeastNOW the program works by giving women the tools to move forward in their lives.
“Our sessions bring women together in a safe space to relax, have some fun and connect with other women while working on their goals. We are looking forward to being together with other women again.”
