Broncos celebrate last regular win at home, Ramsay breaks league’s 32-year-old record
The Humboldt Broncos have another win under their belts with only two regular season match ups remaining and a lot of positives have recently come their way.
The 4-1 win against the Kindersley Klippers was the team’s last regular season Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League home game for the year. Nearly 1,000 fans were in the Elgar Petersen Arena to enjoy the Broncos’ stellar performance, including another winning performance from goalie Rayce Ramsay.
With 40 wins this season out of 49 games played, Ramsay beat the previously held, long-standing record for most wins in a single season.
Speaking to Ramsay after the game, he credited the team as whole for this and every win this season.
