RCMP find over 700 grams of cocaine at residence in Sandy Bay

Four people have been charged following a drug bust in Sandy Bay that netted police over 700 grams of cocaine.

Also found in the home on Sunday was an imitation handgun, trafficking paraphernalia, and cash.

Three of the accused are from Calgary and the other is from Sandy Bay.

They have each been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of proceeds of crime, and possession of an imitation firearm.

Ervin Arthur Shingler, the man from Sandy Bay, was also charged with three counts, failure to comply with release order condition.

They all appeared at Prince Albert Provincial Court on Monday and were remanded to Tuesday for a possible bail hearing.
