Courts set trial dates for two cases in the Northeast
Trial dates have been set for two local court cases.
Dana McCulloch of White Fox will have her three-day trial starting Sept. 14. She faces drug possession among other charges.
Police received a report of a vehicle stuck in the ditch near Weirdale in 2024. When RCMP responded, they found McCulloch sitting in the vehicle. She was arrested after a search of it resulted in the seizure of cocaine, money, and other pre-packaged drugs.
In the other case, John Fortin’s three-day trial will get underway Oct. 26 in Nipawin.
