Health care rallies in Melfort, Nipawin, and Tisdale

A heads-up about three local healthcare rallies today (Wednesday). 

Saskatchewan Government and General Employees Union (SGEU) health care providers will “rally for fair wages, safe staffing levels, and a fair contract for workers,” in Melfort, Nipawin, and Tisdale.

The union said they are demanding a fair contract and government support to navigate the growing pressures on the healthcare system in Saskatchewan. 

The rallies will be held from 3 to 4 p.m. at Melfort, Nipawin, and Tisdale hospitals.
