Mustangs Eisner now committed to Western University

“Eisner established himself as a hardworking and dependable player, helping us capture two SJHL championships and earn two national silver medals, leaving a lasting impact on the organization. Known for his work ethic, leadership, and team-first attitude, he was a player his teammates and coaches could always count on. Whether contributing on the scoresheet or in key defensive situations, he consistently put the team’s success ahead of his own and embodied what it means to be a Mustang,” read a press release from the Blue and Green organization.

“Bo has been an outstanding representative of our organization both on and off the ice. His dedication, character, and commitment to the team have played a significant role in our success over the past three seasons. We’re incredibly proud of everything he’s accomplished and are excited to see him continue his hockey career. We congratulate him on this well-deserved accomplishment, thank him for his commitment, and wish him nothing but success as he begins his exciting new chapter,” added Head Coach and General Manager Trevor Blevins.

Western University competes at the U Sports level in the Ontario University Athletics conference.

In their history, the Western Mustangs have won three conference championships and one national title.

“It just seemed like a good fit. London’s a great city, and the organization seems to run a really good program. They’re definitely heading in a direction that I’m really happy with, and one that’s just the right fit for me right now. I’m super excited to start this fall, and it’ll be fun to live in a much bigger city than I’m used to,” Eisner said.
