SAB Scholarship application extended

The nomination deadline for the Saskatchewan Association of Broadcasters (SAB) scholarship program has been extended.

The SAB invites students interested in broadcasting, journalism, communications, and media to apply to the program.

“The SAB Scholarship supports the next generation of Saskatchewan broadcasters by providing financial assistance to students supporting post-secondary education in broadcasting and related fields,” the association said in a statement. “Whether your goal is to work behind the microphone, in news, production, sales, programming, engineering, or digital media, this scholarship is designed to help students take the next step toward a rewarding career in the industry.”

The association offers two Saskatchewan Association of Broadcasters Scholarships, and the Tyler Bieber Memorial Scholarship.
