The Melfort Mustangs remain in the Canadian Junior Hockey League’s Top 20 rankings.

The Mustangs fell six spots to be ranked number 16 in the nation.

Melfort is coming off a weekend home-and-home split with the Flin Flon Bombers, winning at home on Saturday after dropping the first game in Manitoba on Friday.

The Mustangs will host Kindersley at the Palace on Friday and travel to Nipawin to face the Hawks Saturday night.

The Yorkton Terriers are ranked 13th in the country, down from number 12, while Melville fell out of the rankings to be an honourable mention.

Meanwhile, Jacob Strizzi of the Humboldt Broncos is the Bourgault Forward of the Week in the SJHL.

Strizzi had five goals and three assists in just three games last week.

Carrot River native Caden Drury of the Melville Millionaires is the Canterra Seeds Saskatchewan Player of the Week for the second time this season.

Drury had two goals and three assists in three games played.
