The Saskatchewan Health Authority has been fined after a workplace incident in Kelvington last year.
The organization pleaded guilty to one violation of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, 2020 in Rose Valley Provincial Court Dec. 11.
The charges were laid after an incident on May 11, 2023, in Kelvington.
A worker was seriously injured when they fell from a stepladder.
