Man charged after elk shot near Aylsham

Charges have been laid after a cow elk was shot and left to waste near Aylsham.

We first told you about the investigation a few weeks ago.

Saskatchewan Turn in Poachers and Polluters (TIPP) posted an update on their social media page that a suspect has been identified and charged.

A man from the Assiniboia area faces two counts of unlawfully hunting, two counts of waste of game, and one count of hunting without landowner consent.
