Elk left to waste

Cow elk left to waste near Garrick

Nipawin conservation officers are asking for your help to find the person responsible for shooting a cow elk.

They were called on Wednesday about a cow elk shot and left to waste southeast of Garrick.

Officers believe that there was no edible meat harvested.

There was an antlerless elk hunting season during that time.

Anyone with information can contact the Turn in Poachers and Polluters (TIPP) line at 1-800-667-7561.
