He is currently wanted for Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5000.

Kinzel, 38, is 6’0, 240 pounds, and has short brown hair and blue eyes.

He is known to live in Humboldt, frequents Saskatoon, and has contacts in the Humboldt detachment area.

Kinzel is not believed to be a danger to the public, but the RCMP requests that the public not approach him.
