Mustangs commit Manitoba forward

The Melfort Mustangs have committed a new forward for the 2026/2027 season.

Winnipeg, Man., native Jack Ross is the newest member of the Mustangs organization.

Ross has spent the past five seasons with his hometown Wild organization, rising through the U15 AAA, U17 AAA, and now U18 AAA ranks.

In a combined 175 regular-season games, the 2008-born forward has amassed 64 goals and 71 assists for 135 points. In 42 postseason contests, meanwhile, Ross has produced seven goals and 11 assists for 18 points.

A left-shot 17-year-old, Ross stands at 6’2, and weighs 174 pounds.
