Carrot River seeking to fill councillor position

The Town of Carrot River is looking for people to submit their names for an open position on council. 

A Call for Nominations for the open councillor position went up Tuesday evening. 

“We are sad to see Coun. Chris Bergen leaving Town Council,” a social media post read. “Thank you for the five and a half years of service, being a voice for our community.” 

Nomination forms can be obtained at the Town Office or on their website, and nominations can be submitted until 4 p.m. on June 3.
