A woman who was mistakenly released from a North Battleford correctional facility three months ago has been reported unlawfully at large, the Ministry of Community Safety said.

Keleisha Jackson, 26, was released from custody on March 19 following what officials described as an administrative error at the Saskatchewan Hospital North Battleford Integrated Correctional Facility, according to a public notice issued Friday.

“Jackson is currently facing charges related to assault and confinement.”

The notice said Jackson is not believed to pose a risk to public safety, but police are seeking information about her whereabouts.
