City of Melfort re-opens tennis courts, skateboard park, pickleball courts
A number of facilities are reopening in Melfort as the provincial government gets set to launch Phase three of the Re-Open Saskatchewan plan on Monday.
The city already opened a number of facilities on Friday.
Director of Development, Planning and Community Relations Brent Lutz told northeastNOW the city thanks residents for being patient while facilities remained closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
“The skateboard park is now open at Spruce Haven Recreation Area, the tennis courts are open at Bemister Ave. E. and on Broadway Ave. S., and our pickleball courts are open on Stovel Ave. W.,” Lutz said.
