The Humboldt Broncos have announced some recent changes to their roster.

The Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League team first made a trade early this week. Jaxob Jones is going to the Merritt Centennials of the British Columbia Hockey League in exchange for a player development fee.

With Jan. 11 being the trade deadline, the Broncos added two new faces to the roster.

Defenceman Jared Kaplowitz is joining the Broncos from the North American Hockey League’s (NAHL) Springfield Jr. Blues. In 19 games this season with the Jr. Blues, Kaplowitz picked up six assists.

James Form, 20 years old, is coming directly from the Western Hockey League’s Spokane Cheifs but is no stranger to the Broncos. The 20-year-old forward was a 2017 draft pick for the green and gold and played one game in the 2018/19 season before making the jump back to the WHL Winnipeg Ice. Form played three seasons with the Ice, picking up 15 points in 82 games, before being traded to the Chiefs.
