The deadline to apply is Monday, November 28, 2022.

SCIC welcomes and encourages nominations from all sectors, but especially from our member agencies and their supporters. Please share the call for nominations!

Please use this form for nominations! SCIC also has an updated nomination guide you can access here, for any questions about the nomination process.

Global Citizenship refers to our interconnectedness – a sense of belonging to a broader community which links the local to the global and the national to the international. It is a powerful path toward democratic, inclusive citizenship by people committed to justice for marginalized people throughout the world, and protecting the ecosystems upon which we depend. Global Citizenship is an understanding of how the world works and the links between our own lives and those of people throughout the world. It is a way of seeing that values social justice, equity, empathy, compassion, and respect for diversity. It is a belief that people can make a difference, and have the responsibility to do so.
